Do NOT bring your car here!!! Terrible experience from start to finish. I brought my Mercedes E350 in because of a front-end knocking noise and asked them to diagnose and fix the problem. They told me both front control arms needed to be replaced and quoted approximately $1,900 including an oil change and alignment. Five days later, nobody called me to pick up my car. After multiple calls and voicemails, I finally got through and was told that the repairs were completed, but the knocking noise was still there. Think about that for a second: they replaced the parts they diagnosed as the problem, charged me $1,704, and the original problem was still not fixed. When I picked up the car, the knocking noise was exactly the same. No alignment was performed. I was told by the store manager that their alignment machine software was outdated and did not have the specifications for my vehicle. To make matters even worse, they entered my mileage incorrectly and reported it to CarFax. My car has approximately 60,000 miles, but the invoice shows the vehicle leaving the shop with nearly 100,000 miles. Now I have to spend my own time trying to get this corrected before it causes future mileage history issues. The invoice literally shows the car coming in at around 60,000 miles and leaving at nearly 100,000 miles. I paid $1,704, left with the exact same problem I brought the car in for, received conflicting information about the alignment, and now have to deal with an incorrect mileage record.
