If I could give less than a one star I would. I've dealt with some shade tree mechanics before but this takes the cake. I bought my car 2 days prior to delivering it to this location from carvana. They are a preferred in-network facility I have proof here of odometer fraud. They put 5,000 mi on the inspection that wasn't there which is conveniently the exact amount of mileage that I would need to be out of my warranty. Initially the warranty got denied. Then they had to adjust the mileage and fix it which is odometer fraud federally against law. They say my oil is at best life but that I need a valve cover gasket and that my cooling equipment is not working as it should which states a catastrophic engine failure all of this after buying a faulty car 2 days prior. This has caused a nightmare for me. It is now been there tomorrow will make 12 days. They keep dragging me along. They are not performing the time frame. The things that needed to be performed before I dropped it off. I found coolant in oil. Have videos of everything. Gave that to them. They should be doing a UV test before they start replacing gaskets. They are not so they are not giving me the comfort that I need to ensure that I have not had a blown head gasket or cracked heads. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Buyer beware if anybody would like the images of proof, I'd be more than happy to share them. I will be sharing on social media for some reason. I can add videos and images to other reviews but not here. Is evident of deceptive practices....
